Everyone knows that when you look good, you feel good.
I'm going to share 3 tips to look your best and therefore feel your best too. They might seem elementary once you see them but all great people became so by getting good at the basics.
1. Make sure your attire is supporting good feelings.
Even if you only see one coworker all day, how you dress affects how you feel. Make sure your clothes fit you and accentuate your body the way you want. Even if no one else sees you, you'll see yourself in the mirror and be able to say, "Hello, sexy." Give yourself a wink while you're at it.
2. Make sure your body supports good feelings.
Everyone knows that we all need to exercise. I'll go one farther though... do exercise that makes you feel great. Skip the marathon sessions on the treadmill for some high intensity interval training or lifting some heavy weights. Don't overdo it though. You've done well if you feel great afterward.
3. Make sure your hair supports good feelings.
Plenty of men go to a cheap chop shop barber and many women try to save money by cutting it themselves. You'd be amazed at the difference a hair professional makes. There's a reason she's called a hair stylist. If you've been to one, you know she can create a work of art on top of your head.
Attend to these basics and you'll be ready to take on the world.
