Bra Size Guide

By Anne Ahira

Determining your bra size is not as difficult as one may imagine. However, most women actually wear a size that is not appropriate. There are some women who simply buy a size that is too large and does not provide the appropriate amount of support.

Then, there are women who purchase a bra size that is too small and this makes for a high amount of discomfort. While it is important to understand that the bra that you purchase may not fit exactly perfectly, it is important to get as close as possible in sizing. The first thing that you should do is to put on a bra that offers a relatively high level of support. Once this is done, you will need to get a tape measure.

Get the tape size and run it just underneath the girth of the bra spot and take a note of the sizes that you come up with. As soon as you take this sizes, it is time to use your rounding talents, and round the number to the nearby, even one.

If you get a measurement of 31, such as, you would want to round up to the similar number of a 32 for your bra size. Once you get this number, put the measure tape round the circumference of the body that overlap the nipple area of the breast.

The difference that you achieve between the inch underneath the breast, and the inch across the breast, is going to be something like one inch and even up to nine inches. This would help determine the "cup" size. Once you get this size, choosing the right bra will be a breeze!
